Is my data truly secure?

Yes. Your IP never leaves the vault. Every prompt can be redacted (automatically or manually) before reaching any LLM, with sensitive terms replaced and restored only in your session. All data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We never train on your data, not even anonymized. We never share it with third parties. Full stop. SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are in progress.

How does the redaction filter work?

Our filter scans every prompt for sensitive information: client names, addresses, and patent numbers. These are replaced with tokens before reaching any LLM and reversed only in your session. You can also add custom redaction rules per project.

What happens if AI fails on a figure?

AI-generated figures may not always be perfect on the first attempt. We suggest trying again. Results often improve. If the output still isn't right, we can connect you with a vetted patent illustrator who completes the figure for an additional fee.

How accurate is the Rejection Simulator?

We estimate that our simulator catches approximately 60% (and improving) of §112 issues based on training from real rejected applications. It is an assistive tool, not a guarantee of examiner outcomes. Support for §101, §102, and §103 is coming soon.
